Define "Partnership" for me: It's simple, actually. A partnership in our context is a hotel room or suite. What you are doing from a legal point of view is leasing a hotel room for 125 years and receiving the income from it (though it's likely to be sold on for a profit within three to five years).

So legally they're leases? Yes.

May I get just a half, or even quarter partnership? Of course. We don't expect that everyone will have enough loose capital to invest in a whole partnership. Half and quarter shares are available and priced accordingly. The perks are adjusted accordingly, too – two weeks accommodation per year for a half partnership, one week for a quarter share.

May I choose which room or suite to invest in? No, we're afraid not. What you invest in is a room, or part of a room, in one of the three categories of accommodation we have: Suites, Deluxe Rooms and Superior Rooms. The way it works is that every partner owns a quarter, half, three quarters or 100% of a room in one of the three categories, but all the income from all the rooms is pooled and each partner gets a percentage of the total income as it's broken down and shared out.

Tell me again about the security. Your investment is secured with a first charge against the property, which will have the charge registered against it to include your name and the amount you invested, according to your status, as a full partner, half or quarter partner.

You also have the security of knowing that you are dealing with a company that has been doing business successfully since 1987 in hotel and restaurant development and management and the refurbishment and rebuilding of historic buildings.

When may I use my free weeks at the hotel? The formula for use varies, with full investors having more flexibility of choice than half or quarter investors, but generally you are welcome during the winter season months of November, December, January and until 15 February (excluding 15 December until 10 January unless you are prepared to pay a special season premium). Or during July and August, when you may book anytime. The dates from 16 February until 30 June and again from 1 September until 31 October are excluded, though you could ask and if we can fit you in we will do so, though your stay would be subject to a premium assessment.

May I resell my partnership investment? Of course. You may do it privately or use our re-sale service. Ask us for details.
